Labour Rates (excl. VAT)*

Standard rates apply, per hour, with a 1-hour minimum charge. Thereafter we charge in 30-minute increments.

Monday-Friday : 08:00-17:00 = £85.00/hr (capped at 5.5hrs = £467.50)

17:00-22:00 = £127.50/hr

22:00-08:00 = £170.00/hr

Saturday : 08:00-17:00 = £127.50/hr

17:00-08:00 = £255.00/hr

Sunday/

Bank Holiday : 08:00-17:00 = £170.00/hr

17:00-08:00 = £340.00/hr

*The above rates do not include VAT, the cost of materials, parking fees, congestion charges, or other expenses, which will be charged in addition, where applicable. These hourly rates apply to non-estimated works only — estimated works are priced separately and agreed in advance.
